Baseline survey for non-indigenous marine species

http://www.maf.govt.nz/mafnet/publications/biosecurity-technical-papers/2005-08-port-of-auckland.pdf

Hey guys, I found this PDF file that contains all the informations of marine species found around Waitemata Habour- where all the wharves roots out from including Queens wharf, so I thought it'd be a good resource to look at. I'm actually thinking to print out some pages that have most strongest relevance to the topic so that we can present it during our group presentation at 1pm.

Update of Stevie and Mike's research area

Stevie and I went to Auckland City Council this afternoon and they gave us an e-mail address of a person who could possibly give us some information about Queens wharf. We have managed to send them an e-mail right after we've been there asking for any relevant sources of information possibly attached as in PDF file format so that we can print them off.. We've asked them to write us back as soon as possible but we were told that there's going to be a 3working days in order for us to get our reply. I am thinking to hassle them by sending out a few more e-mails if thats going to help us get our reply faster. We also left our pile of photocopied information we found at Auckland City Library on Celia's table. I guess that pretty much it from us for today..well good luck for the research team! See you all tomorrow :)

Shadowing of queens wharf in 3dsmax

Err...you are now seeing the most ugliest looking wharf in 3dsmax..do you reckon it'll be good to have some more detail drawn over it or are we fine with that..I'll count on your votes..lol

em if Tony sees this post, can you make the GIF file like you talked us through in the class the other day? Thanks

(By the way, the image I made is originally 800 x 7200, but I don't know why it's a small image even if you click on it. I have got better quality screen shots than these..)

EcoSphere Presntation1

Hi guys, I hope this is the right place, thanks for setting this up!
Feel free to post any relevant information regarding the ecosphere group exersize...

We need to be presenting our groups information in some of kind of 'designed' format this coming friday - 21st Aug @ 1pm, so if we can all bring our work so far, on Wednesday, we can have a chat and see if we can arrange it somehow.. Likewise if we have any suggestions, get them up here for discussion..

Cheers

Tony
